A DIFFERENT KIND OF CARE

Aleasha Elliott has been a nurse since 2000 and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2014.

After years of working in traditional healthcare settings, she knew she wanted to create a different kind of practice—one where appointments weren’t built around how quickly someone could move through the room.

In 2020, she founded AdoreU around something that sounds simple, but can be surprisingly difficult to find in healthcare:

Time.

Time to talk.

Time to ask questions.

Time to understand your labs.

Time to discuss what has changed, what is working, what isn’t, and what you want to feel different.

At AdoreU, you are not rushed through a five-minute conversation and sent on your way.

We sit down. We talk. And your care starts with actually knowing you.

About AdoreU

SHE KNOWS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO WANT ANSWERS

Aleasha’s approach to patient care isn’t shaped by education and clinical experience alone. Her own experiences navigating healthcare also influenced the kind of provider she wanted to become.

She understands how frustrating it can be when you know something has changed but don’t feel like anyone has taken the time to put all of the pieces together.

So when you say something doesn’t feel right, the conversation doesn’t end because one lab value falls inside a reference range.

That also doesn’t mean every symptom is hormonal or that every concern requires another expensive test.

It means your symptoms deserve to be considered alongside your health history, labs, lifestyle, previous results, treatment response, and goals before deciding what makes sense next.

Listening is part of the evaluation—not something that happens before the “real” medicine begins.

MORE THAN “YOUR LABS ARE NORMAL”

Your lab results are one piece of your health story—not the entire story.

At AdoreU, lab review isn’t a quick glance followed by:

“Everything looks normal.”

We sit down and go through your results together.

Your current values are considered alongside:

  • How you are actually feeling

  • Your symptoms and concerns

  • Your personal goals

  • Your response to treatment

  • Previous lab results and trends over time

  • Medications and therapies you are using

  • Other health and lifestyle factors that may be influencing how you feel

When previous labs are available, we compare them.

We look at what has changed.

We talk about whether those changes match what you are experiencing.

And we use all of that information to decide whether something should change—or whether staying exactly where you are makes the most sense.

A value falling within a laboratory reference range doesn’t automatically tell us everything we need to know about you. And an isolated number should never be the only reason a treatment decision is made.

The goal isn’t simply to read your numbers. It’s to understand what those numbers mean in the context of you.

EVERY VISIT IS A CONVERSATION

Good care doesn’t end once a treatment plan is created.

At every follow-up, we sit down again.

We talk about how you’re feeling, what has improved, what hasn’t, whether anything new has come up, and whether your goals have changed.

If we have new labs, we review those in the context of your previous results and your response to treatment.

Sometimes the next step is an adjustment.

Sometimes it’s giving your current treatment more time.

And sometimes your symptoms tell us we need to look beyond the treatment we originally started.

There is no five-minute check-in followed by “see you next time.”

You have time to ask questions, understand your results, and be part of the decisions about what comes next.

YOUR CARE STAYS WITH THE SAME PROVIDER

One Provider

The same provider knows your story from the beginning.

Aleasha reviews your labs, develops your treatment plan, manages your care, and follows your progress over time. You’re not passed from one provider to another or asked to start over at every visit.

Continuity

Your care builds on what we’ve already learned about you.

We look at where you started, how your symptoms have changed, how you’ve responded to treatment, and how your current labs compare with previous results. That history helps guide more thoughtful decisions as your needs change.

Ongoing Follow Up

Starting treatment is only the beginning.

At follow-up visits, we sit down and talk about what has improved, what hasn’t, any new concerns, and whether your goals have changed. When labs are needed, we review them together and decide whether your treatment should be adjusted, continued, or looked at from a different angle.

Personalized Care

Your treatment is built around you — not a preset protocol.

Your symptoms, health history, goals, lab trends, treatment response, lifestyle, and other factors all matter. Sometimes the right next step is changing treatment. Sometimes it’s staying exactly where you are. And sometimes it means looking beyond the original concern altogether.

Your care evolves because you do.

WHY ADOREU IS A CASH-PAY PRACTICE

AdoreU is intentionally cash-pay.

That allows visits to be structured around what you actually need rather than around an insurance billing model or the number of patients who need to move through the schedule that day.

It creates room for meaningful conversations, comprehensive lab interpretation, education, individualized treatment planning, follow-up, and thoughtful adjustments over time.

When you choose AdoreU, you are paying for more than a prescription, pellet insertion, injection, laser treatment, or aesthetic procedure.

You are investing in the time, clinical expertise, individualized attention, and continuity of care surrounding that treatment.

Because the treatment itself is only one part of good care.

THOUGHTFUL CARE, WHATEVER BROUGHT YOU HERE

Aleasha has advanced training and experience in hormone optimization, medical weight management, and medical aesthetics.

She works with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and hormone changes; men experiencing symptoms associated with low testosterone; patients working toward healthier weight and metabolic health; and aesthetic patients who want thoughtful, natural-looking results.

Although the treatments may be very different, the approach is the same:

Listen first. Understand the goal. Look at the full picture. Make a thoughtful plan. Follow the response. Adjust when needed.

No cookie-cutter protocols.

No chasing a lab number simply because someone says it should be higher or lower.

No treating an aesthetic service like an item from a menu without first understanding the result you want.

And no five-minute visits.

Just individualized care built around the person sitting in front of her.

WHY PATIENTS CHOOSE ADOREU

The same provider evaluates you, creates your plan, follows your progress, and makes adjustments over time.
