About AdoreU

About Aleasha Elliott, FNP-C

Founder & Sole Provider, AdoreU

A Different Kind of Provider

Aleasha Elliott has been a nurse since 2000 and a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2014. Before founding AdoreU, she worked in primary care and urgent care — environments that gave her a front-row seat to everything that's broken about the way most patients receive care.

The system she worked in wasn't built around patients. It was built around volume. Fifteen-minute appointments that left no room for teaching, prevention, or actually understanding what was going on with someone's health. Enough time to write a prescription and move to the next room — not enough time to ask the right questions or build a plan that addressed the root cause.

In August 2020, she stopped working inside that system and built something different.

She Knows What It Feels Like to Be the Patient

Aleasha's decision to practice differently isn't just professional — it's personal.

She spent years of her own life navigating a medical system that couldn't give her answers. Seeing specialist after specialist, being told her symptoms weren't real, and at one point being referred to a psychiatrist when the problem was physical — not psychological. She eventually got her diagnosis, underwent multiple surgeries, and found her way through. But the experience of being dismissed by the very system she was training to work inside never left her.

That history shapes the way she practices. When a patient tells Aleasha something is wrong, she listens.

AdoreU was founded on a simple premise: patients deserve a provider who has enough time to actually know them.

At AdoreU, every patient is Aleasha's patient. There is no rotating staff, no technician performing your treatment, no physician you see once who hands you off to someone else. Your labs are reviewed by the same provider who designed your protocol. Your follow-up appointment is with the person who knows your history. Your results are managed longitudinally — not handed off after your first visit.

This is a cash-pay, membership-supported practice by design. Removing insurance from the equation means removing the constraints that turn providers into prescription dispensers. It means Aleasha can spend the time a patient actually needs, build a plan around their goals, and manage their care the way she was trained to — not the way a billing code requires.

How AdoreU Was Built

What Aleasha Treats

Aleasha holds advanced training in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and medical aesthetics. She works with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal imbalance — and with men dealing with low testosterone and the symptoms that come with it. She manages GLP-1 weight loss programs and a full aesthetic menu including laser treatments, injectables, regenerative therapies, hair restoration, and medical-grade skincare.

Her approach across every service area is the same: lab-guided, clinically structured, and built around the individual patient — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
